Jessica Howe
founder & principal
Jessica Howe is a multitalented entrepreneur and artist. Jessica founded Property Precision in 2011, drawing upon industry knowledge gained during her time as a Real Estate Agent and skillset Marketing Floor Plan venture.
Passionate about photography since childhood, Jessica chose to formally pursue her education at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. This focused training is strikingly evident in her work.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys travelling, painting, and snowboarding. An eager learner, she's currently taking Photography for Interior Decorating at the Boston Architectural College.

Jennie has always been fascinated by the what drives consumer behaviour and what shapes our perception of brand. Despite vehemently denying the “hipster” label, Jennie spent four year studying Marketing Communications at Emerson College, the PBR and fixie capital of the East Coast.
After graduating, Jennie spent three years working for a successful independent commercial and residential Boston real estate brokerage. As Senior Marketing Associate she was responsible for a variety of tasks, from designing brochures to photographing luxury condos to running the firm’s social media accounts. She won March Madness twice in a row.
Jennie's in-depth experience with the brokerage side of real estate marketing has proven to be a great asset towards her career at Property Precision.
