Save Time with Tax Records
Did you know you can save time when posting by using public records? Simply enter the address and click “Use this address to import listing data from Public Tax & Assessment Records.” This will take you to a page where you see the owner’s name and address - and select the correct unit, for condo listings. Click ”Use this info to fill out my listing sheet,” accept the disclaimer, and boom! This fills in taxes, number of rooms, living area, plot size, roof, outer construction, etc. Enjoy! – Jennie

BRA approves $131 million in new development, 139 housing units
March 13, 2015 - via the Boston Business Journal – The Boston Redevelopment Authority at its March 12 board meeting approved $131 million in new projects in neighborhoods including Charlestown, Dorchester, South Boston, Brighton and East Boston.
In total, 139 new units of housing were approved. The projects are anticipated to create 500 construction jobs.The approved projects included:
- An $85 million, 230-room extended-stay hotel at the Charlestown Navy Yard
- The $23M replacement headquarters for the Boston Teachers Union in Dorchester
- The Gate of Heaven redevelopment in South Boston; 26 condo units
- $9M redevelopment of a 5-story Brighton office building; 80 apartments
- $7M gas station redevelopment in Jeffries Point; 33 units

How do I download my files?
1. Login. Use the box at left.
2. Once you’re in, click the folder with your name on it. Inside are a list of your listings. Select the folder you’d like to download or view. Choose whether you need the large photos, or small photos.
3. To show thumbnails of the photos, click the icon with four squares near the top left of the page (see below).
4. To Download: Hover over the thumbnail to reveal the download icon. Click to download one-by-one.
5. To Download All At Once: In the upper right corner of your screen, you’ll see a button that says “Download.” Click the checkbox to the right to select all the files. Now click download.
